How it works

Three seconds at the curb, instead of circling the block.

  1. 1

    Open the map

Every curb around you is already coloured by its rule right now.

  2. 2

    Read the colour

Green means park now. Red means don't. Blue means paid.

  3. 3

    Park with confidence

Start a timer and get a nudge before the rule changes.

The signs argue. The map answers.

Everything in the pilot exists to answer one question at the curb: can I park here, right now?

Live curb map

Every curb, coloured by its rule

This is Rue Rivard on the Plateau, as the app draws it. Green means take the spot. Red means keep driving, the street-cleaning crews show no mercy. Yellow means vignette, residents' territory.

The whole island works like this, and every curb recolours itself live as the rules change through the day.

Park & timer

It counts down to the second

Parked on a stretch that flips at dawn? The card says "No parking in 9:53:33", and it means it, down to the second.

Pin your car, start the timer, get a nudge before the rule flips. A ticket runs about 78 $; the nudge costs nothing.

Point your camera at the word salad

Three signs on one pole, arrows both ways, an exception to the exception. Snap a photo: Panoui! reads the stack, does the date math, and hands back a plain answer.

A yes or a no, in words, with an until.

Find me a spot

One tap points you to the nearest free curb, with the walk time back to where you're actually going.

Plan ahead

Set the map to Sunday 9 AM before you leave the house; every curb recolours for that exact moment.

Permits & vehicles

Add your vignette zone and your cars; the curbs marked EXCEPTÉ quietly turn green, for you only.

City overlays

Garages, EV chargers, BIXI, car-share, taxi stands and snow lots: on when you need them, off when you don't.

Pay for parking

On a blue curb, one tap opens your payment app for that exact spot.

Works offline

Add it to your home screen and the map keeps answering, even in a concrete garage.

…plus voice read-aloud, parking history & savings stats, saved spots, share-a-spot links, and change alerts.

Private pilot · invitation only

All of this is running on Montréal streets today. No waitlist, no store page, just a small circle of drivers. If someone sent you here, that's your way in.

Good questions

Is it free?

Yes. Panoui! is free to use.

Which city?

Montréal to start. More cities later.

When does it launch?

It's in private pilot now. The public launch is coming soon.

How accurate is it?

It reflects the posted rules, but always double-check the sign, conditions can change.

Do I need an account?

No. Most features work without one; an account unlocks extras like permits and alerts.

Is there an app?

Panoui! runs right in your browser, nothing to download and always up to date. To use it like an app, add it to your home screen: on iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen"; on Android, open it in Chrome, open the menu, then "Install app". A native app may follow later.
